Question 2: Does the dvr come with a pre-installed hard drive? If not, What size should I buy?

Answer 2: NVR pre-intall 2TB hard drive. The NVR supports 3.5″ Seagate/WD 6TB security hard drive, pls note if the hard drive is 3-6TB, it may need change an adapter for the NVR( 12V 3A or 5A),12v 2A adapter may be underpowered to drive the bigger HDD.
