TROUBLE SHOOTING

The headset doesn’t work properly, the headphone doesn’t give sound, or the microphone doesn’t work, may you do the steps below?

1. Check the in-line control indicating light.

a. If the green light isn’t on, please connect the headset with another USB interface from the computer.

b. If the red light is on, please press the mic mute button.

c. If the green light is on only, & you can’t hear others or others can’t hear you.

1. Open the Control Panel: Press the ‘Windows’ key on your keyboard.

o Type “Control Panel” and press ‘Enter’.

2. Go to Hardware and Sound: In the Control Panel, click on “Hardware and Sound”.

3. Select Sound: Under the “Sound” section, click on “Manage audio devices”.

4. Set USB Device as Default for Playback: In the “Sound” window, go to the “Playback” tab.

o Find your USB audio device in the list of playback devices.

o Right-click on the USB device and select “Set as Default Device”.

5. Set USB Device as Default for Recording: In the “Sound” window, go to the “Recording” tab.

o Find your USB audio device (usually labeled with the USB device name or “Microphone”) in the list of recording devices.

o Right-click on the USB device and select “Set as Default Device”.

6. Apply and OK: Click “Apply”, then click “OK”.
