Can Android users use this key finder?

No, our CHZHVAN Tag only supports Apple devices.

What should I do if I still can’t connect after several attempts?

Please try to press and hold the button for five times(Long press for the fifth) to reste the key finder & trackers. Then wait for a moment to pair it again after the reset is successfully.

After the battery runs out do i need to buy a new one or can i recharge it?

This Tag built-in one CR2032 battery can last about 1 year and it can be replaced when the battery runs out.

Does the wallet tracker have GPS?

Our CHZHVAN wallet tracker doesn’t have GPS. It reports its location through Apple’s Find My network. Hundreds of millions of Apple devices around the world help you locate it.
